Looking at Center console fishing boat??
Anyone have some experience with these, looking at 23-27' range, want to keep it a single outboard. Just something I could fish, scuba and ski behind. Oh, and I like the stainless covers over the console also. I just don't really know any makes or what to really look for in these, All input is appreciated.
Thanks
WILL

Fountain1fan,
I am looking at the Fountains, however I am really looking for something to just kick around in (used and good quality). It doesn't have to be the best or fastest. I am going to keep the 27 Fever for the real fun

You should have no problem finding a good deal on a CC down there, there are plenty of them. Finding a performance boat is much harder. Pro line, Hydra Sport, Grady White, Shamrocks (are built in Cape Coral). Find a Blue Hair that bought one and never used it.
How are you likeing the Fort? There was a boating group in Ft Myers called Florida West Boat Club, they were involved with the Ft Myers offshore races, may want to check them out. A guy Named Elmer Tabor was one of the principals and owns a real estate office on the Cape.

I am liking FL allot right now the weather is great I wish I was out tonight chasing girls but I have family visiting. Maybe once they go to bed I can go to Downtown FT Myers. I will try to get up with the FWBC maybe they will let me and my little 27 hang

Hey Will, A lot of performance builders are making center consoles. Here are a few PowerPlay 25', Sutphen 26',
Superboat 24', Concept 25', and Kryptonite 23' and 27'. I would definately check out the Concept and the Kryptonite.
