Every once in a while I cue up this favorite from the 90's. Even if you've seen it, everyone needs to see this one again from time to time. To get the blood flowing.
This is having the right gear and skills to use it...HARD! A 41 Apache doing what would break most boats ( I said most! So easy now!). Anyone who knows what wave heights look like from chopper footage will understand what these really would look like from the drivers view..Granted they look big from the chopper! They hit the first good one just after 1:52. Before judging make sure you get to/ see 2:30- 2:50. I like to watch the lead up from the start as they get out there and wave patterns change.
Enjoy one of my fav's. You can get this in 720P by clicking the settings gear to the bottom right.

I have a watched this video many times. Classic, what offshore boating is really all about! Nothing feels like running fast in big water, going airborne, cutting back on the throttles hard, hoping that you left the water at the right angle, and waiting to hear the smack of the hull re-entering the water!
