I meant it`s missing the white stuff all over , it looks like a nice fall day in Chicago.

Tell me about it. I remember that stuff lol

The first winter I had my marina on the river we had to cut the ice up with chain saws so the boats we kept in the water wouldn't get crushed. After that we made sure the bubbler system was working and put telephone poles across the slips to keep the river ice out!

The city runs that tug or a fireboat up and down the river to try and keep it from freezing over solid.
