That's crazy!!! Several flat bottom 20 yr old top guns just sold for 20-25k less than that.

I prefer to leave room to negotiate.

My boat is for sale for a fair but not cheap price but I left room to talk in there. It is kind of one or the other. Price it low with no wiggle room or price it a bit higher and let the talks go from there.

I guess it takes all kinds. Just heard, second hand, of a sale where seller claims high price made no diff to buyer, buyer just had to have the boat. Know the boat, nice, but nothing off the chart, don't know buyer, guess he just had to have it. Sometimes that happens I guess.
