Not sure what you want. If you have been in the boat then you know there is nothing more than the factory speedo to go off of.

I am not sure if I copied this correct from YouTube 36 apache. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMwmwWerDy4 .Boat ran 76 MPH on a GPS when the engines were done 3 or 4 years ago. We nick named the boat jumper!! You will see why in the video.
I get the jumper part for sure. He enjoys riding that boat as it should be.
The only time he ever opened it up with me in it was the day I quoted. Other than that I usually have my boat out and my pig is a high 60's boat so he just trucks right on by me lol.
That or we just go to Gators on the Pass or the island and we never even get out of a wake zone for that.
You 100% could be correct that is an 80's mph boat, i just quoted what he said he thought we were running that one day. I don't know and it was the same set up up until the new heads this New Years but I don't think it is any faster just freshened up is all.
At the end of the day it is a badass boat, that has been well cared for, and a new owner should be very happy.

That boat BETTER be a 90 mph boat. 42 tiger with 900's and 6's runs 90+ all day long.
The boats cool. I'd definately rock it. I just think at the price it's not "low price" like the title states. I think you're paying every penny for that boat. Plus, the top ends may have been done recently but if the lowers haven't been gone through in 4 years, that'll be coming up soon. So, I'll stick to the added 14-16k in total rebuilds soon.
And I'm not trying to poo poo the boat or argue. Just answering the question on why it probably hasn't sold.

Probably doesn't want a reminder of how slow it is. It feels fast as hell with all the jumping around!
