In the summer down here is really no challenge for most deep vee's...but come January thru March when a north east breeze stacks the Gulfstream up plus an out going east coast inlet swell it gets snotty real quick.

Diego, Lil Red, Pablo and myself were on Pablo's 35' Formula last year in 6 to 8' seas 3 miles off Haulover running to Government cut one afternoon...Red stayed in it most of the time...backing off only when all we saw was sky!!! We were only running 35-40 in the 35 and I will say...the boat did a better job handling the rough than we did!!! LOL

All boats trim out different and its best to stay on top. That being said...know the limitations of your equipment and most of all the limits of your skill set..
