with cms now committing 2 crazy fast ul class boats, envy, and marine concepts making the roster, and cazzani completing new turbo power for 2015, the case for the qatar-geico rivalry is beginning to fade. it was cms that gave geico the hardest fight in the last of several ul class races i watched. last good qatar/geico war was a almost a year ago at cocoa beach. also, qaatar has spun off their own new organization called opgp, so for the time being, i don't see how they will ever line up against geico (now an sbi sponsor). good luck to hassan and team, but i'm WAAAAY more excited to welcome the big guns showing up at more sbi races this yr.

I'm glad to hear more boats plan on coming out this season no matter where they race. I just hope more boats are running at the end of races than there are trophies. I'm sure it's frustrating for teams and fans alike to see them sitting in the middle instead of racing.

I'm not even sure Qatar has an Unlimted boat? But if they do they know where the big dogs will be, i would bet Geico and CMS will be ready for them.
