I have do owned freshwater boats since 1985 and performance boats since 1992. I would love to have one sitting in the water and ready to go but this is my first saltwater and coastal storage boating. Not really sure of all the maintenance requirements for keeping a boat in the saltwater and exposure to storms.
Ideally would like to have a mid thirties express fisherman with helm AC! I will wave while sipping a sparkling water as you OO guys blow by me!

Thought I would update this thread with my results. I ended up visiting three marina and here is some feedback.
Harbour Towne: very nice facility with lots of marine business located on site. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Keystone Pointe: located next to TNT, lowest cost I was quoted outside rack storage only.
TNT: I went by and spoke to a couple of employees and could not get over how friendly they were to me! They went out of there way to answer any question I had. I watched them load and launch a few boats and they were very respectful of others property.
Bases on my findings my plan is to keep the new boat at TNT!
Thanks everyone for your input and feedback.
