I purchased boat with clean title and the boat wasn't hurt very bad at all. The picts look bad it was a accident seen WTF Larry didn't represent it as a total and it shouldn't have been . Larry is trying to devalue my boat and make me look bad . Quote from Larry is( its my dentist boat and he wants to get a new one doesn't want to fix it) So if its a total now that's brand new news .

That boat wasn't bad?? It was scattered on i95 for 100 yds. It was my buddies boat and I personnally thought it should be stripped of components and hull cut up and thrown in the dumpster! That is the gods honest truth! The only reason it wasn't a salvage was the amount it sold for was close enough to the payoff so larry convinced th insurance co not to make it salvage at the buyers request!!!!
. I seem to remember larry saying he had to meet the buyer on thanksgiving day when the buyer insisted on picking up the boat knowing the paperwork was not finalized! That's not 6 months!

I bought a boat in Puerto Rico from the treasury dept. It took 5 months to get it out of Puerto Rico due to the differnt depts you have to deal with.

Does anybody on Oso really believe that thread motivated the state to produce a title and the insistence company write a letter taking blame?

Anyone that has had do deal with a bank, an insurance company and the state has ended up frustrated!
