A quick question to those who were at Hardy last Saturday ---
When we were near Brower's (Mich Hot Boaters meet) when I saw a boat on the water and all the people were looking up to the sky......
There was a very large bird circling the event, with a white head and legs. My boys shouted "It's a bald eagle!"
So we shut down, floated and watched for about 15 minutes as this awesome eagle made a large circle around the entire park.
This was about 4pm.
Just wondering if anyone else saw the bird? Such a cool sight.
BK

Hi eliminator219
It was my understanding that you didn't quite take the ol' cat like you say you did. Perhaps you should bring a couple extra motors next time you guys meet. I know that that ol' cats' motor's are still runnin. Haven't seen an I. O. beat that cat yet. Better luck next time.

Midnight ~
There actually was more wildlife other than the Eagle -- up above the sandbar we spotted an otter swimming to the other side. Another boat stopped to watch too.
But my husband says the only beaver he saw all day was later that night, back at the lodge.
Which is a good thing.

That sounds like a challenge to me!! I'm sure 219 is up for it as soon as he gets his seal repaired. Was that your triple engine Skater? I would love to see waht kind on numbers that wild ride would flash on the gun!!! I should have had it out at Hardy, but I was to busy helping a buddy on his Checkmate with his motor. Anyway if that is your Skater, cool boat!!!

It is 29ft and NO you did not smoke us on Sunday, we just let you go by after we SMOKED you.
Lot of boats and a great time, hope to see more of
you up here more frequently.
