Thanks so much to all of the volunteers and support staff in NYC.
We were so pleased see how many repeat patrol, turn, medical and pace boats show up and do such a great roll call.
If you know someone who was out there who might not read this, (sorry Steve, there may be 1 or 2), please pass my thanks on.
Race Control would love to have this whole sweep team in New Orleans.

Race Control is "happily" out of the loop on this one. We haven't seen or talked to John since Sun. night, and then, we never discussed this controversy. Not our department!
I wouldn't touch this one with one of those 10 foot railroad ties that we found in the river on sunday.
Anything official will have to come from the SBI office and John isn't back yet.
Dick is back to work in the Keys this morning - I'll give him your message.

If you hear please post it on here. I don't think anyone from SBI has ever posted here before and I wouldn't know how to get the official word from John. I don't think it would so up on the SBI web site.
