Miami Beach (Biscayne Bay) Slip/Marina for a Fountain 38TE (Center Console) Boat?!?!

Miami Beach (Biscayne Bay) Slip/Marina for a Fountain 38TE (Center Console) Boat?!?!
Hi Everyone,
I'm searching for a decent priced slip (relative I know) in Biscayne Bay on the Miami Beach side preferably close to Flamingo where I reside in the winter. The Flamingo doesn't offer any slips that can handle a 38ft boat. I'd prefer to rent/lease a deeded slip with shore power and pay cash up front but at this point I have no clue where to look. Any help or direction/advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
