Best will be the Hyatt for total view of the course. They don't advertise for it though, just go there and ask to go to the pool area. Entrance is usually $20 and comes with your first drink free.
Beach lay up.....go out near Frenchys or Palm Pavilion and grab a seat/spot early and enjoy the races with your toes in the sand.
Pier 60.... Prob the closest they get to people, cost is also $20 IIRC but tickets are limited and space is tight. Also it is on a turn so no straight away speeds but Plenty of action.
Boat of course.....the star ship anchors out with food and drink. Not a bad spot at all and can be a lot of fun....not sure on ticket prices.
