Boat is absolutely stunning!

Noticed the owner wants to stay anonymous and with quotes like these I understand why:
“During out first test ride in the boat last week, there were smiles all around,” he continued. “Although I’ve owned a Fountain, a Magic and a Powerplay, I’m not strictly a powerboater—I like boats of all shapes and sizes, and I love sailing

Had an opportunity to ride in the boat yesterday and it is really well done. This is exactly what one of the main goals of HORBA is, save the old race boats before they are cut up and thrown away.

The blending of the old hull and deck with the new engines and drives has produced a boat that will be the center of attention wherever it goes. We only hope this encourages more people to save the history of the sport in a way that everyone can enjoy them.

Fun riding with both Sammy James, old school T man and Johnny Tomlinson, new school T man, in the same boat. Sammy said with the new power, that is the fastest he has ever gone in a 31 foot Bertram race boat. Well done project, congrats to all involved and a big Thank You for taking it on.
