Rumor has it Jim Clem is getting ready to build boats agian? Anybody elce heard about this???

No...haven't heard any rumor of that yet. Vicious One could probably shed some light on it. But if Jim is....keep your hands in your pockets.....only one hand can fit at one time....then that way you will know where your moneys is at all times........:)
