Joey, one of the "problems" with eBay bidding is the way the reserves work. I just bid $50K for your boat (which I would be most happy to honor). So I could bid $110K for your boat, but unless someone else ups that bid, you'll
never know it.

IMHO, your better of starting the opening bid at close to what you want (no reserves) and letting it rip from there, I sold a bunch of cars on eBay and that seemed to work.
