Need help on new boat insurance
 

Just got my renewal notice for my boat insurance - 4k for one year!! Holy **** Batman :eek:

After 9/11 my rates went thru the roof :mad:

I need to shop around, anybody know where to shop for cheaper insurance ??

I can't find insurance at all. Every time somebody says they will insure me the company drops me two months later when they review. Maybe one of you knows where to try.

it is a pleasure boat, never raced and don't intend to either, well at least not any time soon.

they all say "we won't insure a race boat" or "not under 25 ft"
