It really is a nice looking boat...................... however it seems like more of a lake or river boat to me. The 400s seem like a bit over powered to me as well. The boat would be a winner with 300s. The Spectre, with 6 seats and 400s looks like it could be the class winner depending on what it looks like finished. I'm picturing a bigger boat with wider tunnel, taller sides, etc.

I don't get that at all...why not say that about the smaller Skaters? A Doug Wright hull should be plenty capable in the slop.

I think it will be a better boat for the 300xs and almost as fast whit the right set up as the 400 s are heavy and have much bigger gear cases .
About the sides I m sure u wasn't at the show because she is pretty tall ! Especially this one as it s raised in the back to get more room for the I/O engines .

And like Indy said in the rough the hull proofed itself allready .

Not rven close to the dw32. Much narrower beam . And much shorter freeboard. Your not going to run in 5 footers in the ocean but great lake boat

Running in 5 footers in any 30' boat isn't my idea of fun, unless you like beating the sh!t out of your equipment.

I ran in 5' seas in Long Island Sound in my 33' PP, not fun and that was in a capable offshore hull.

To me it looks smaller than what I expect the Spectre to be, especially with the 4 wide back seat. I also agree with BOR. The 300s seem like the logical choice. BTW, nothing against Skater or any other builder. Would anyone try to run this or any other smaller cat in 5 footers?

I m not plan to run in 5 footers ! maybe 3 but that will be it
I also never saw 32 dw in real but as I look at pictures its not much higher then mine .

however I m very happy whit the come out and I think its a great boat for people that can t afford a skater or dcb but love a wrap arround windshield .

this is a 30.6 ft hull and I chose the 8.6 beam for the regulation for towing in europe you"re cant tow above the 8,6 or need permits and also are the roads here smaller then in the usa , the 8,6 keeps it simple .
they cant build a wide body if you wish . Predator is a custom boat builder this c 306 is pretty much build the way I wanted it and I m sure they will build whatever you want .

the spectre should be a lot bigger as its a 34 and I was suprised about the pricing

Far as I could compare as we where next to steve 's skater 318 on the boatshow its pretty even to that beside the wide body of course and the awsome rigging and paintjob what a dream boat that was ! and a honor to be the neighbour !

Where are you boating that always has 5'ers?

That boat would be more than capable and perfect over here on the gulf.
