Last minute South Beach room available for Miami show
Due to a booking SNAFU we have two rooms booked Wed - Sun.
Would like to pass one on to a fellow boater, before things have to get ugly.
Condo at the Congress for $300 a night plus deposit.

Thanks guys as If I recall correctly your room was thru Sunday - I would need it thru Monday and possible thru Tuesday. Its Pres and V day on top of so very hard to get rooms. It will be only myself going. My wife has decided to take a WORK trip to Maui instead of going to MBS - If I want, I can go to Maui instead but really do not want to.

No idea what bookings are like after the weekend as far as extending. Good chance it'll probably be open, seeing as the weekend is over at that point.
