Eliot,
Are we moving up? That 35 of yours is SWEET! It's going to be hard to top it. Did you get out on the water while you were down there? Are you going to take a run with us to Michigan City next weekend if the weather cooperates? I that enough questions for you????:D Dan |
Dan, Remember my profession, I am used to lots of ?????'s. I looked at a 386 with the 525's and ITS system. Sonic has some new interior designs, same layout. Also, with the new hull construction it looks good and light. I may just do something As to Mich City, If the weather is good I would go.
|
Are you thinking twins or triples? I'll keep you posted on MC. We probably won't know till the night before.
Dan |
With the twins the boat should run just over 80mph.:D
|
They were very busy when I was there in February. They have a separate line/side of the building, that only produces 22' and 26' boats. Start to finish on a 26' was 5 weeks, but should be at 4 weeks now with vacuum bagging. A 45' takes 9 weeks, but should be down to about 7.5 now. Those were figures I was given as they were just starting to vacuum bag. No mention of steps or anything at all.
LT, I take it you met/know Jay. Is he the nicest guy you could imagine or what? |
Jay is very nice-good salesman. No steps in the future. In fact the 358's coming out of the molds lost the notch. 386 and larger still have the notch.
