Open to the public, a Memorial Celebration for Robert “J.R.” Noble has been scheduled for Saturday, March 19, from 2 p.m. 5 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, Fla. The address for the hotel is 9801 International Drive.

I talked to Mike Fosse and the family asked that race teams wear their team uniforms and everyone else dress casual
