Thumbs up Katdrvr

Katdrvr -

Thanks for letting my son participate in the Shootout using your boat!!! He thought that was SOOO cool. Now on the downhill side of this....he now thinks he needs his own boat. I was kind of hoping he wouldn't go there for a few more years.

Glad that Justin had a good time. I wish I had put a different prop on the boat for him. Anyway the Scarab could be sale if he needs a boat.

It was great to meet everyone finally. I hope everyone had a good time.

Mike,
We all had a blast! Thanks again for all your help before, during and after the event. The Shootout seemed like quite the success from our point of view, especially considering the setbacks y'all had to contend with. We can't wait for next year.

Glad to here everybody had a good time. I'm still bummed that I couldn't get off work to make it.

What was the fastest boat??? and how did everyone run???

Guess I'll plan ahead better next year.

Griff, we missed you

From what i remember it was a 28 or 30 Daytona Cat with big power

120.++
Sweet run for less then a mile to get to it

Kat, nice finally meeting you and hopefully you can talk them into not waiting 7 years for another Shootout
7 months is long enough of a winter.
I think they need to have a spring thaw run!

Nice meeting everyone else and I surely hope it warms up real soon'

Thanks everyone, we all had a good time and we are glad everyone came.
Has anyone talked to 283Check, has he recovered from the events of Sat. afternoon? . Who gets to make the boating decsions now?

Griff,

The fastest boat was Bob Keller's 28 daytona, hp500 with whipples I think. He ran 120 boat looked pretty loose.

Hugh,

We are thinking of having a early season run. What month would you guys like to see an event put on?
