then I guess you can't pass up a 20 minute drive to mendon to check out the outboard. even if you KNOW you wouldn't touch it with the proverbial 10 foot pole. besides, he has a line on all the damaged goods in your area. has stuff coming in all the time. him or PM Sick Stinger. he scares up perf boats and he is in your area.

http://www.yachtsalvage.com/Listings/YS150317.htm yep, link works. closed on ebay 300 or so bucks. reserve not met. i know 1k will get it. call brian you can ask what bids are in on it and he-they will tell you. tell him derek with the crownline pointed you at it. love the back seat. ultimate in utilitarian...of course you need to be near boston. you need to post your area, cuz a cheap boat becomes expensive if it is a thousand miles away.

I know where there is 1988 Sea Ray Pachanga 22, seller is asking $6900, I'm sure it could be had for a grand less. Boat runs and looks decent. I won't be able to get you pics until next week as it is on my morning commute in a guys driveway. He just put it out there with the for sale sign about 2 weeks ago. I actually stopped to look at it because growing up my dad owned the exact same boat and it brought back memories. Trailer is rough, tires are dry rotted, gel coat is not bad but some oxidation but easily buffable, cabin seats are a little faded and a few cracks but not terrible. Can't vouch for strIngers or transom as I didn't have an opportunity to get into all that.

The ScarabI's were a 22 degree bottom, run fast but rough. Slick lil boat though.
