so to the point.... i seen a ad in miami craigslist for new old school midnights / super hawaii about to start being built.... 32s and 37s center console and sports deck.... is this for real? i thought the midnight express sports deck mold was destroyed... 1. , 2... isnt the super hawaii just a midnight with a little piece added in the stern??
anyone else seen the ad??
how would the rights for this boat come about...
wouldnt it have to be a different name.....??
any comments?? info or anything

My friend is the one that bought the original molds and yes it is true, They are being built in Homestead FL. It will not carry the name Midnight Express because that was part of their agreement. They are doing some retooling to the molds but overall they are in great shape. They have not yet trademark the name as they are still decdided which one to chose from the ones they have come up with. I don't really know that much as i have nothing to do with it, but if you are interested in seeing the molds etc i can put you in contact with him.

with all due respect, im new in the offshore "game of thrones"...
midnight made a mold from a cigarette. did a little adjustment.
super hawaii/ super hero is a midnight.. with a different cap and added stern do hickey...
so i guess it rides jus like a midnight...since its is a midnight.
anyone can tel me more about the super hawaii/ super hero? and oldschool midnight?
i hear of different widths.... there was a 9'6" sports deck and 8'6" center onsole....
any info.?
