Early to mid 90's Bayliners shared nearly identical hull materials and construction of much higher dollar Sea Ray's and Maxum's, those are the years Brunswick tried consolidating their manufacturing techniques and materials on their production lines to save money, they only real difference in the boats were levels of trim, Bayliner was the entry boat, Maxum was the mid level and Sea Ray was the "luxury" high end brand. Sea Ray's came with nicer carpets, better stereo's and electronics, nicer cushions and seat bolstering, leather wrapped steering wheel and painted trailers as where Bayliners would come with crap carpet or even no carpet, crappy radio, plastic steering wheel, cheap galvanized trailers were standard. This boat is probably better built than any 90's Baja ....and from the looks of the modification list it would probably spank a lot of them in a drag race too lol. I personally don't like the paint but as other have mentioned without the flashy paint it would be one hell of a sleeper.
