I fought this and fought this last year. Finally had the tech at PBC update it, and that was my issue. I guess bigger isn't always better.

I do not want to even try to figure what the size of the SD card has to do with anything !

Tracked down a poorly connected power wire into the fuse holder and a blown fuse . Possibly the wire was cutting in and out and maybe arcing which caused the fuse to blow? Anyways repaired the wire and replaced the fuse and things are working again. Pretty small fuse on that yellow wire, 3 amps. Hopefully this will clear things up.

Sounds like you found it. Yes the fuse rating sounds about right. It would depend how many loads are on the back bone. Most go fast boats do not have a lot.

You should be good to go.
