I had five different props setups all the same. Next outing will be my 6th set of wheels. Always searching for the perfect set for my application. Never satisfied. :O

Its most likely the length of the exhaust that is making the engines run different. My stagerd set up does the same thing. About 300 rpm.
My long pipes make more power on my boat.

yes I switched tachs about two years ago. Same chit.

A prop shop should be able to cut port prop to match stbd prop rpm

Picked up driveshaft this morning he stated shaft was bent and U joints were slightly worn straightened shaft and quality U-joints installed will test next week

Driveline technician stated do not stand on drive shaft it will bend it laterally so that might have been one of the things I did

It will not bend from standing on it. If you had a bent drive shaft it will need to be re-tubed to fix it..

Yeah I thought that also, but dropping parts on it. Just avoid it. As long as it balances out I'm good. He also installed new Spicer solid Crosse with triple seals. Nice u joints.
