Default Audiofn...Haven't heard much on the store lately?

Jon,

What's the latest with your shop? Haven't heard you comment much on it in the last couple of days. Have you found anything yet? Did you run the b@st@rds off? Any luck with the lawyer? How about Crooked Nosed Vinny, did you call him???

Hey man thanks for asking. The shop is being shut down for now. I have found a place to put all my stuff and store it tell I can figure out the best plan of attack. I can not have a show room at the new place so that will make it interesting. I could but I do not want to spend that kind of money on a place that I do not intend to stay in for long. As far as what I am up to against the current land loard I am taking him to court for damages. Not much in the sceam of things but it is a lot to me, and there are principals involved as well. I was also able to put a stop to any and all construction that is going on up there and the town is taking a much harder look at what he is doing to try and "hide" things. So far I have cost him well in excess of 40 grand and that does not include delays in construction costs. I have got 2 people fired and police reports filed against one other for the steeling of the oil. This is going to get a lot worse before it gets any better so I am moving my boat and the show room as soon as I get home.

Ragtop yes that is my baby. As of now I have just been collecting on bad debt as I have been WAY to preoccupied with this BS.

From one business owner to another Jon I wish you the best of luck. I can't imagine what you're going through right now. Keep us posted with any good news. ie...you and a few buddies catch him in a dark alley somwhere.

Hey Audio it is very important that if you don't have a showroom and are not in your old place to let your present and any future customers know that you are still in business. I know I hate it when I get comfortable witha place and they are no longer in there old building. I wnat to know why they moved. just my 2 cents.

Boomer good thinking. I am in the same town so I can keep the same Phone numbers. That is the biggest thing to me at first. As far as my customers just dropping in, the only part of the business that will effect is the drop in and that is a VERY small part of my income. I can let that slide for now. Plus it is a small town and word gets around.
