anything can be towed at any speed not the issue, problem is regardless of what you are riding in you wont be able to stop make corrections with a load attached just cant. I prefer rigs at least go the speed limit and maybe up to 5 mph, anything more than that don't care what they say theyre putting everybody in danger.
