I haven't used the new Verados enough yet to give a full opinion yet. The DTS is incredible and they are so quite and user friendly around docks. At WOT you can talk normally and hear behind my windshield. I feel the 400Rs will prove to be a great compromise between both IO and two strokes.

There are so many set up variables and modifications which easily cross all makes and hull types of OB boats. S and F is good but typically I have found geared more towards two stroke and smaller hulls. I think and Outboard section would be very valuable.

I don't miss watching and adding two stroke oil to resivoirs but I do miss the smell of burnt two stroke oil in the mornings. It smells like victory.......

I didn't read any of this, if you want to know about any outboard stuff...screamandfly.com is it. Here would be regurgitation.

They don't seem to be big 4 stroke fans over there. It's not a lot to ask for this section. Those who are not interested could simply ignore it.

We can always just give the outboard guys the DCB Owner's Group server space, send the DCB guys back over to RDP where they came from!

I was trying to cut to the chase here...not get peoples panties in a wad.

S&F has a full Low-Emissions section including 4 pokes. I came from outboards and still have an STV, and IMO coming to OSO for outboard info was/is a waste of time. Technically there is no motor section whatsoever here at OSO, just General Q&A and Do it yourself boating on a budget. There should have a been a HP/motor section years ago. How about add both.

Speedracer, eat $hit.

+1 give outboard their own section please! Cluttering up the proper powered boat area.
