That's why Louisiana has the bond they have. Nothing tear them apart. Casey posted this on FB. Anything yall can donate will help. $100, $300, $1000. They much need it. Can't agree more with what Bubba said.

todd is a great guy known him my whole life. they have teamed up with national radio shows and other businesses to rain money. most people didn't have flood insurance because they were on in a flood plain.

wow...the amount of water is unimaginable! and hay, WE LIVE in the swamps!! wife and I are very fortunate, only suffered garage and half bath damage (20' of water) downstairs. many, many of our neighbors, family, friends along with my childhood and business home community of Watson LA have not been so lucky. 24+" of rain at my dad and moms place which is right by the business. we (Louisiana) will be fine...we have each other...sad that it takes this kinda of an event to bring so many of us closer together and realize we are all one big family no matter what the differences may be. prayers to all of you affected and to all of you fellow boaters out there everywhere. short life we live here...to short to not appreciate the most basic and precious things...human kindness, caring, and love for one another!!

Hang tough, hopefully you've seen the bottom and things will turn around. Prayers to all affected.

Aka any relief in flood levels? You will get threw it, insurance company's suck. Had my old house full of black mold and insurance covered zero. Complete loss. Buddy put insurance companies in perspective for me. "When's it's sunny they give you a umbrella, when it rains they take away"

Good luck keep your head up!
