Problem: PM inbox says"full" when it's not

I keep getting e-mail saying: "(whoever sent it) has sent you a private message but your mailbox is full". I deleted the only two messages that were left in my box weeks ago & there is NOTHING in it. What's up with that??

I think you have to empty your "Sent Items" box as well.

Make sure to clear the message tracking stuff and also go back "to the begining" when checking messages. It may show 0 right now but there may be some that you forgot about months ago that dont show right now. :D
