RIP and godspeed. Hopefully they are in heaven boating at 150 plus!!

I will say this, though i have been guilty of 90 plus without saftey equipment....

Just take your boat out with a helmet and a GOOD life jacket, tweak on it and get the best speed possible . Then put a sticker on the dash that states the top speed. Then just cruise at a controlable speed. Like max 80% power

That's what im gonna try to do. Just say it goes a hundred. But not go a hundred.

These peoples lifes mean something to us. Lets learn in their names.

Sincerely

"Crues Missile"

Accident investigations conducted by pubic officials are a matter of public record.

I've see cats get upset and nose high several times on LOTO, especially on busy weekends with confused water conditions. Most times they recover. Unfortunately, as we saw Friday evening of the Shootout, sometimes they do not. That accident did not involve packing the tunnel with water. As stated above, the wake or intersecting wakes that resulted in upsetting the boat could have come from a boat or boats ahead or behind PP.

Thanks for clarifying

No big surprises in that report but he did dig a little hole for himself with the trim tab comment.... Bit strange.

Travelling very fast, made a slight error which was exaggerated by the speed. Officials will always hint to life jackets but doubtful they would have helped in this case and as for toxicology tests, let the victims rest.

Hope the report brings some closure to the friends and families.

RR

Rest in peace. Things happen quick, after seeing the video of the E-Ticket open bow go nose high at 90 with no one around, LOTO water can be deceiving. Very sad end result.................
