I like the 400's but I remember the hype when the Mercury and Evinrude V-6's came out back in the day,

In the picture below Dr. Bob Magoon had this one built,a 36' Cigarette with four Mercury's, somethings aren't new ideas, nor are bad ideas, unless you try...at least Bernico is trying.

I prefer to see the 400's on Skater 28' to 32' models, DW 32', MTI 34' ect you get my point, four 400hp on the transom of the performance V is aestectically unappealing to me: however, I do not mind four 400hp outboards on the transom of a Center Console. My $0.02 opinion
