Name your next boat after her, show her the baot with her name on the transom, while it is not a very masuculine thing to do to boat, but fore the sake of mariatl bliss it does provide an excellent excuse if required in your next expensive purchase without her consent or persmission to tell her you really was thinking of her when you bought hence the name on the transom, "all for you honey"; and her name on transom can always be removed if she does not approve,but the boat will stay.
