I was surprised a magnet stuck to my other prop , I`ll have to think of something along those lines.....maybe a long pvc pipe with some Neodymium Magnets attached , dragging it around with a jet ski lol

Divers said about 5'

Knot for me: those would have to be some very large pockets for a 18" prop and shaft

Well, 5 feet ain't great but its better than none. Seriously check out the fish cams , we drug one arond in the river 10 or 15 years ago at 50 to 60 feet on a 6inch tv and the view was clear as can be, also you're not stirring up any silt while covering a lot of ground and staying dry untill you locate it.

Depending on the alloy of the SS a magnet will stick although not as good as it will stick to a piece of iron. Might want to try it on a similar prop.

Did you have a GPS way point or are you just eyeballing it?

Search pattern moving east tomorrrow. Hoping sonar will find it

If your search area is not too large its just a matter of time, and it will turn up. Hopefully this is based on gps and not memory/visual location.

Todd, I have a couple of anchors and go pros in the area too.

Buck, the playpen is not that large and we were by a bouys which does not move the only issue is I`m not sure at what point I lost if coming off plane, floating for a while of when I put it in reverse...

It`s somewhere right about here (bouy in front of boat)
