“linkage to old race cars from the 40’s and 50’s”
“cockpit is interchangeable to pleasure cockpit by simply removing the hatch”
“the black area above the glass is an aftermarket piece to allow the removal of the hatch”
“the race boat is the same boat as the pleasure boat”
“Ocke’s son, Ted has a car design background and he used his car design background to design the HyperCat”
“the deck area around the front sponson has a ‘crease’ both for aerodynamic design and for walking safely on the bow and not slip”
“steps between the head rests aid the person when walking to the back of the cat… safely”
“the deck has winglets, like the tip of the airplane, built for speed and stability when cruising/racing at speed”
“beautiful shapes make for better performance boats”
“the engine shield also acts as a splash guard against rushing water so as not to destroy the engines when big water hits the motors”
“the hull is very efficient, at 75MPH she’ll burn 3MPG with Verado motors"
“the challenge to us when designing the boat is that we have to ‘fit’ the boat to an existing tall power plant”

hull #1 is complete
The hull and deck are built all at once without manually glassing the deck and hull the traditional way
because the resin is infused, and the hull and deck molds marry together with bolts, the final laminate curing is done with both of the hull and deck together, in closed form
