I think the bet should STAND even if someone BREAKS! That's part of bar stool racing and putting money where your mouth is. You make it there first, you get the money. You break and don't make it, you pony up the bet and the coin for the Sea Tow bill, the broken TRS, and the new camshafts that are now too powerful.

Oops I may have just gave away who I think will win.

Wise man once told me: "Don't let your alligator mouth outrun your polywog azz"

You can guarantee mechanical failure, that's the one constant...

When I raced there was one rule. If your break tire its a race. You call the race off up until it was officially started by both vehicles. Once that happened it was a race and the loser(Timmay) in this care pays up.

I'm with Gimme Fuel... a break is not an out. If we line up, you break on the light and I make a pass on a 500.00 run, your own damn fault for not prepping. Pay up sucka.

All winnings turned over prior to start of race to be held by third unbiased party...

Why not have the race at a neutral location like LOTO, we all know LOTO is way rougher than the great lakes anyways!

Tim calls that flat water racing and admits Phil would be faster. Having said that, I invite them to LOTO on a busy weekend, much less holiday or shootout weekend, it is anything but flat lol
