Ugly as all get out but 'purpose built'.
Looks to handle the sea nicely underway but I'm not sure I'd want to be caught 'surfing' or finding myself beam on to a big wave.....

What's really f***** d up is that a boat like that is going to be used by inexperienced water cops who will beach it to chase down suspected criminals and bounce the thing over rocks destroying those beautiful props. Waste of tax payers money, keep them in Whalers at least those won't sink.

You forgot my favorite. They will close the sea water valve to flush the engines and forget to open it back up on their next trip smoking two new engines.
