Thats a good one for our T-Shirt experts.....

Or, just buy a Fountain and you'll know that it was built by the good old "hill jackers"of America.

BTW, I know of another 93 rough water 42' with #3's, but it needs new motors.;)

Really guys, weren't all Cigarettes and Apaches (prior to steps and F2) built with the same techniques and philosophy? Didn't MM & S come from the same school of boat building? I believe CB also carried the same philosophy into the 90's. These were all old school boats. Cigarette made the move towards the newer way of building boats (speed sells) and now S is ready to take that step. It takes a lot of money (r&d), which Cigarette had/has, to perfect the new way (speed) of building boats. Hopefully the guys at Apache will have the staying power (money) to step up to the plate and hit a home run.

QUESTION:
Do you guys (and luci) think that these newer/lighter boats ride the same as the older boats? Do you think a newer Cigarette will "hang" with an older Cig in the rougher waters?
