IIRC, the design and other "stuff" associated with the Torque V-12 was purchased by Sterling. I don't think they did anything other than some testing on them, though.

I believe the guy with the jaguar boat in Georgia owns the engines as brad smith was going to be redoing them back in the day of course. He bought them from callan I believe
