I have a 92 Sleekcraft - it is 26' long with open bow. Currently the boat has no snaps/fasteners installed so I use a generic one-piece cover and use racket straps to hold it down. This works OK but is a pain to get tight and really difficult to install if the dock is on the water on my dock. I want to add snaps/fasteners to the boat and then sew on snap buttons onto my cover. Would appreciate some advice on the standard placement of the snaps in the boat - where and how many (and how far apart) should I install them?
