Matt,

So it looks like Mercury has a 860 Consumer engine and an 860 for Class One racing. Any idea what is different in the two?

Thanks a bunch. I'll settle for two N/A 860's then - insurance will be cheaper

What I think would be cool is if they made the 860 qc4v able to be fitted with a turbo kit to bring it to the 1100 or 1350 level. So guys could run them as is for however many seasons then as the need for more speed bug bites again turbos could be added to to motor to increase HP. Mercury racing could even require the motors be sent to them for the turbo install/upgrade...
