I think they call them Rice-Boyz. They make their car look like a racer, but can a 94 civic with a four banger really go fast? Oh, and it will sound fast with the coffee can hanging on the back of the exhaust. SOme japanese lettering on the top of the windshield also is good for some speed. Don't forget the huge wing on the rear deck lid that keeps these monsters from flying off the road.
