Question How much Faster will My boat will be with new Power??

The old Motors made peak 600hp and at 520 @ 6000 rpm
28 Daytona LP Twins, Super Light setup
131 mph with old motors

New Motors Peak 811hp @ 6000 rpm

What should the new setup run??

It won't be me in the boat. I went fast enough the last time.

25 Daytona went 144mph with a single motor. I would think that my setup would be more secure then that.

The boat actually takes a great set and does nothing weird. It is just the wind in your face that makes it hard. I had a hard time focusing because my head was being rattled.

I have had one engine shut down at 125mph and it wasn't to bad. I needed to clean my shorts but it really wasn't that bad.

pleasure, if that is what you want to call it. It's not much of a pleasure to get wind in your face goign that fast.

You can see me in my picture next to my post.

So any Ideas on speed increase??

Depends, what will your wife let you run?

Actually, just be safe and do it on a bigger pond this time!
