Along with moving the top-speed shootout portion of the event to the calmer waters of Clear Lake, the Texas Outlaw Challenge has plenty more improvements in place for the 10th anniversary event coming up in a few weeks.

Do you have a link to the new rules/classes? All I can find is the 2016 information.
