Just spoke to Ocean performance and was told the fuel pressures should be set to 50 psi with the vacuum hose disconnected from regulator at idle , that was what the computers are programmed !

So you have 3 different answers where to set the fuel pressure. Which one is correct?

^^^Ocean Performance is the one who installed it and got the ECu programmed from AZ Speed and MArine. What does Bup have to do with it ? This is not a factory deal anymore.

No disrespect to BUP, but unless he tuned it, he would have no idea what the tune base FP was. It could be 43, 75 or anything in between.

Well if you set fuel pressure at idle to 50 psi with vacuum hose off regulator and then you put it back on regulator will most likely come down to 35 psi and thats what I will do and monitor exhaust temp on gauges !

OP started out with 70 psi fuel pressure. if this ecu is set up at that pressure, any lower pressure is gonna roast his engine. and now there are too many variables and possible answers for anyone to be sure what is what. I was suggesting he get BUP to flow his injectors so there was at least ONE known entity, and have him recommend somebody like haxby or you to get this ecm set up correctly.
