Default A place in the keys to take the family...

That has a nice beach and a marina for me to take 1 of the boats.... Looking for recommendations from OSO brothers and sisters.... Probably (4) day long weekend stay...
Thanks,
Dean

Marathon, plenty of marinas, lots of places to eat, shop, drink, and Sombrero beach is really nice.

Hawks Cay has everything but can be a little "too touristy"......

You can rent from individual owners cheaper (VRBO) but keep in mind it excludes you from using the hotel facilities but if you dock a boat in the marina then you are back in as a marina guest and get full access to everything. The villas on lake sylvan are my favorite

I've stayed at Ocean Reef and Hawk's Cay. Both are REALLY nice places, and yes, expensive. But if it's important to keep the wife unit happy with a certain caliber of surroundings, both places will fit that bill.

Call the Pier House in KW - see if they can handle the slip at the Key West Bight Marina or Sunset Marina.
