I have visited the yard in Poole Dorset (am English by birth and passport). The biggest issues with Sunseeker has been servicing costs / running costs, they are NOT cheap boats and non generic spares. I do not know if they still support older boats as the company is now Chinese owned and has moved into much bigger boats and away from the fast cruiser sport market. Great hulls, lovely interiors but believe parts will become a serious issue to find.

Years ago pretty sure one ran the Shootout and won its class. Not kidding. Of course it was the only boat in it's class! This is back in the Shooter's 21 days. Went thru the radar gun at a blazing speed!!

Take a read though this old, but relevant thread:

Norty still has this boat today, and has done a ton of updates and cool custom work to it. I'd actually love to own Nort's boat one day. I've driven it a couple times, and it's a great boat IMHO.
