Its a good start. Why not use it? Wellcraft became a household name after buying a mold for a proven 24 foot boat from a little company named Nova Marine. Every "WellCraft Nova ..." that followed was based off it and a couple other of their lines also.

Nice story Matt. It is great to read some positive news about the 27 to 30 ft single engine vee boats.

The Long Island boats are some of the best boats out there, hard runners for sure. I ran my Nordic with the Wanted Kryp years ago and it just ran circles around me.

Just asking when was a new Superboat last built and what size was it ? Do they have any current orders for builds ? Again just asking cause I have not heard of a new boat from them in years. Website is 7 years behind. http://www.superboatonline.com/30-Y2...erCruiser.html

Last 27 / 29 Kript was built what 12 years ago ?

I understand its news but - anyone buying ? Possible converting to outboards might bring in some sales. I say this cause I am still lost as how silent new boat sales are for Sportboat V hull - I/O's - single and twin apps.

Bup,

Their FB page is a better view into what they've been upto recently.

Also look at OPA Racing and SBI, their Y2K model wins lots of races.

do a search in FB on "Superboat inc."

lastly, look for my threads here ==> http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/superboat-44/

Just over a week ago John Coen told me this was supposed to be a secret? maybe why he was "unavailable" for comment?
